Ivybank Finance, a small-business funding service in Quincy, Illinois, sets out its role on this page: it is a funding broker that matches requests with funding partners, who review them and make their own decisions. The page covers merchant cash advances, how information is shared and checks to make before accepting an offer.
Ivybank Finance is a broker, not a lender
Ivybank Finance is a funding broker, not a lender. It does not lend money, make credit decisions or set rates, terms or limits. It takes requests by phone and online form and matches them with funding partners.
A partner that receives a request decides on its own whether to make an offer and on what terms.
Partner decisions and written offers
Each partner reviews requests under its own criteria and may ask for records or check credit. Any offer comes from the partner, in writing. Ivybank Finance cannot promise that a request will receive an offer, and sending a request does not oblige you to accept one.
Merchant cash advances are not loans
A merchant cash advance is a purchase of future receipts at a discount, not a loan. The funder collects an agreed share of receipts, or a fixed debit, until the purchased amount has been remitted. Its cost is set by a factor rather than an interest rate.
Sharing the information in your request
Information you give on the request form or on a call is used to match your request and may be shared with funding partners considering it. The privacy policy lists the categories of information and your choices.
Read these terms before accepting any offer

- The payment schedule and how it fits your slowest month.
